Our passionate team draws on extensive knowledge and expertise in all areas of hotel and resort management, strategy, design, development, marketing, operations, information technology and finance in tourism and hospitality.

		Greg Stanaway, CEO & Group General Manager – Operations Greg is a permanent resident of the Cook Islands and is an active member of the community. His hotel industry career include periods with Lion Breweries, Flag Inn and Quality Hotels. Prior to joining PRHG in 2001, Greg was Managing Director and principal of Spectrum International in Auckland, an international recruiting company specialising in the hospitality sector. Greg’s influence on the continually improving standards of service delivery reflects both a strong personal commitment to guests and a similar commitment to leading, motivating and empowering the staff across the hotel group. Greg leads from the front, nurturing and supporting his team in helping them deliver to the highest standards. With his special mix of enthusiasm, drive and patience, he has been quick to adapt to the changing dynamics of South Pacific tourism and the changing needs of his guests. He has been at the forefront of many Cook Islands' tourism industry initiatives, training and innovations. ‘Best’ to Greg means ‘World Best’ and recent international tourism awards won by Pacific Resort properties are testament to that commitment and determination.

		Marcus Niszow, Deputy CEO Marcus is a highly experienced and accomplished senior executive with comprehensive knowledge and experience in the tourism & hospitality industry including all areas of operations, sales & marketing, finance, development and information technology. Marcus brings more than 15 years of hotel industry experience to PRHG with his depth of experience covering a wide range of functions including: executive management, senior management coaching and development, branding, sales & marketing, operational process reviews and optimisation, acquisitions & disposals, due diligence, financial management, forecasting, information systems, management reporting, performance analysis, project management, strategic planning and property valuation. Marcus has complemented his industry experience with various professional development programs, including a key executive leadership program at Harvard Business School (2012) and Cornell University (2005). Marcus has built an enviable reputation as an astute strategic hotel management specialist with an unparalleled understanding of the regional Australasian and South Pacific markets offering PRHG partners a considerable range of skills across all areas of hotel management and development.

		Akshay Singh, General Manager - Sales, Marketing & Reservations Akshay heads up Sales, Marketing & Reservations for PRHG and is passionate about providing strong vision, strategy and leadership for these high performing teams. With 5 plus years working at Flight Centre Limited in key Product and Marketing roles, Akshay shares a strong insight into the needs of wholesalers and travel agents along with an in depth understanding of travel dynamics and trends in the Australian market. He also brings a wealth of experience working with the South Pacific and specifically the Cook Islands. In addition to extensive industry experience Akshay holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Marketing complimenting his industry knowledge with solid expertise in marketing theory and best practice.

		Nan Thompson, Central Reservations Team Leader Ngarangi (Nan) Thompson is an up & coming Cook Island executive who has been employed by PRHG for the last 5 years. She joined the Central Reservations team as a Reservations Agent and has recently been promoted to Team Leader and is responsible for leadership of this high performing team. Nan oversees her dynamic team with online travel agencies, wholesaler & direct business. Nan’s responsibilities also include inventory management and wedding coordination for the group. Nan holds extensive knowledge of PRHG properties as well as of the destination and has successfully built her own reputation amongst industry at a very early age.

		Melanie Hall, Sales Manager (New Zealand & Australia) The sales team at PRHG is headed up by Melanie Hall. Melanie, who joined PRHG over two years ago as a regional sales representative, now fills the position of Sales Manager (New Zealand & Australia) for the group as a strategic sales position overseeing the sales team and developing and driving sales strategies to further develop the New Zealand and Australian markets. Melanie and her team have established an enviably strong presence in these key South Pacific feeder markets for the PRHG group.
