Kia Orana from the Cook Islands,
Pacific Resort Hotel Group is committed to continually upgrading its facilities and improving its service delivery in order to deliver on its promise of ‘absolute guest satisfaction’. To this end, our partner property Royale Takitumu would like to advise of renovation activities scheduled for completion during the quietest time of the business year.
These renovations will be the final step in our upgrades over the past twelve months at Royale Takitumu and involves the full closure of the resort for major enhancements and upgrades. The exciting news upon reopening will be that we are rebranding and introducing this property as a new resort to be known as Motu.
We are sending you this letter to create awareness amongst your team for any bookings made with Royale Takitumu during the specified timeframes in the attached. We wish to provide you with adequate notice to advise your agents and any new clients wishing to book at Royale Takitumu during these periods of renovation to avoid disappointment and allow them to seek alternative dates.
We have advised existing booking held at Royale Takitumu of these changes separately outlining the closure direct with the wholesaler/agent who placed the booking.
Please see the attached file that outlines the details of the specific project with dates the closure and refurbishment work will be undertaken, along with a map of Royale Takitumu and highlighted the areas where the work will be completed.
