  • The above offers are based on a ‘per room, per night’ basis.
  • Reservations must be made direct with the hotel, either via the Pacific Resort Hotel Group website, email or phone 0800 774 469 (New Zealand only)
  • Airpoints members must provide their membership number to the Pacific Resort Hotel Group property at the time of booking or supply their Airpoints card or number at check-in.
  • Only one Airpoints member is entitled to earn Airpoints Dollars per booking.

  • 2 nights deposit is required within 48 hours of making a booking

  • 31 days prior to arrival No Fee
  • 15 to 30 days prior to arrival 25% of total accommodation
  • 8 to 14 days prior to arrival 50% of total accommodation
  • 1 to 7 days prior to arrival 75% of total accommodation
  • No show 100% of total package
