Enjoying another successful awards season, all four of Pacific Resort Hotel Groups (PRHG) prestigious properties have been inducted into the 2018 Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence Hall of Fame.
Family orientated four star Pacific Resort Rarotonga and four and a half star Little Polynesian, along with the five star luxury Pacific Resort Aitutaki Nui and Te Manava Luxury Villas & Spa are the proud recipients of this unique accolade, which is awarded only to those businesses that have achieved a Certificate of Excellence consecutively over the past five years.
Proving that the companies mission statement of ‘exceeding guest expectations’ have been achieved, this recognition from the worlds largest travel review site comes hot on the heels of the recent Air New Zealand Cook Islands Tourism awards, where Pacific Resort Rarotonga won the best Family Friendly Resort and Pacific Resort Aitutaki Nui walked away with the award for Business Excellence.
The certificate of excellence is awarded annually to only around ten percent of all businesses listed on Tripadvisor, being those that have consistently achieved positive reviews and maintained an overall four out of five rating ‘bubbles’, comparative to a ‘star’ rating.
Last presented in 2015, the Tripadvisor Hall of Fame is widely recognised and highly coveted, with no nomination processes. Rather these awards are based on millions of website’s user reviews and opinions, with the Tripadvisor website being taken into account.
The Certificate of Excellence and the Hall of Fame Awards are seen as a true reflection of the commitment and care PRHG properties consistently strive to exceed travellers’ expectations by going above and beyond, for each valued guest.
