The Cook Islands are located in the South Pacific Ocean, northeast of New Zealand. There are 15 islands spread over 2.2 million square kilometres of South Pacific Ocean. Rarotonga is the capital and the most thriving island, and home to the international airport where direct flights arrive from Los Angeles, Sydney, Auckland and Tahiti. The outer island of Aitutaki is a short 45 minute flight from Rarotonga and home to the bluest lagoon you have ever seen!
