Pacific Resort Rarotonga – Sandals Restaurant and Barefoot Bar

Enjoy breakfast, lunch & dinner in Sandals Restaurant or relax over a cocktail in the Barefoot Bar.

The All Day Menu, available every day from 11am to 9.30pm boasts a wide selection of salads, sandwiches & meat dishes with more a la carte dinner specialty items offered on the menu in the evening. Try the Chef’s specialty dish – The Pacific Sizzler – local fish on a sizzling platter with sautéed vegetables drizzled with coconut lime sauce.

Vegetarian options are many & of course a kid’s menu is available for our junior guests.

An excellent range of wines, beers, alcoholic (& non-alcoholic) beverages can be enjoyed during your meal or sit in the Barefoot Bar or the adjoining courtyard overlooking the lagoon & sip one of the many amazing cocktails or mixed drinks that Barefoot staff have become famous for. Listen too, for the sound of the conch shell heralding the start of Happy Hour at 4pm but if you miss out then join the team again for the additional twilight Happy Hour each evening at 8.30pm!

In room dining options are also available if you simply wish to dine in the privacy of your room.

Pacific Resort Aitutaki Dining – Rapae Bay and Black Rock.

Perched magnificently above the local landmark – Rapae Bay, the resort’s signature restaurant has both an enviable location & an excellent reputation. Soak up the ambience & (during the season), watch whales breach while enjoying a leisurely breakfast in this tranquil setting or dine in fine style for dinner overlooking the lagoon. Rapae Bay’s dinner menu offers locally inspired dishes & an extensive selection of modern international dishes with a Pacific twist. A wonderfully balanced wine list ensures you will have the very best in Aitutaki dining experiences.

What better place in paradise is there to watch the sun setting while sipping your favourite cocktail. Black Rock is, without doubt, the place to experience this South Pacific spectacle. With an excellent range of cocktails & beverages, have a pre or post-dinner drink & mix with your fellow guests.

A selection of carefully prepared meals and snacks are available on the menu served pool side  12pm to 4pm for food and through to sunset for drinks. Black Rock closes after sunset every day.

This chic contemporary open-air restaurant sits above the infinity pool with vistas over the beautiful Titikaveka Lagoon. Such a serene and idyllic setting to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The in-house guests’ complimentary tropical breakfast features natural juices, fresh local fruits, homemade muesli and pastries while the range of cooked dishes available will satisfy those with a bigger appetite. An all-day menu is available from 11am to 9pm and the fare is a fusion of Pacific Rim tastes and flavours. Dinner service is enhanced with more menu item choices while the wonderful wine selection will meet all palates and preferences. In-room dining options are available.
