Marcus Niszow, Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Resort Hotel Group, said:

“To see Pacific Resort Aitutaki, Pacific Resort Rarotonga and Te Manava Luxury Villas recognised amongst the top 1% of hotels worldwide is a significant milestone for our organisation.

These awards are based entirely on guest feedback, making them one of the most meaningful measures of success in our industry. They reflect the dedication of our teams and a long-term commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, day in and day out.

Pacific Resort Hotel Group has built its reputation through consistency, attention to detail and a clear focus on guest satisfaction. While each property has its own unique character, all share the same commitment to genuine hospitality and service excellence.

At the heart of this recognition are our people, our connection to the Cook Islands and a strong sense of stewardship for the properties, communities and experiences entrusted to us. That responsibility shapes how we welcome our guests, how we operate our resorts and how we represent the Cook Islands on the world stage.

We are incredibly proud of this achievement and grateful to our guests, teams, landowners, shareholders and industry partners who have contributed to it.”
