Deposit and Final Payment Policies

To secure your reservation, a 25% deposit is required within 48 hours of your booking being confirmed.

If your deposit is not received within 48 hours, Pacific Resort Hotel Group reserves the right to release your booking from our reservation system.

Final payment is required 14 days prior to your arrival at the resort. The remaining balance will be processed automatically when due, using the credit card details provided.

If payment remains outstanding after 48 hours, we will need to cancel your reservation.

Note: Bookings made within 14 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking to secure your reservation. If payment fails, we will release and cancel your booking.

Standard Cancellation and Amendment Policies

Every amendment and cancellation affects us significantly. Therefore, we strongly adhere to our cancellation and amendment policies.

If you cancel or amend your booking, the following fees apply:

31 days or more prior to arrival: No fee applies.
8 to 30 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total accommodation cost.
0 to 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total booking cost, including transfers.

Note: These charges apply to each room booked.

Bookings for five or more rooms are on request and subject to our group booking policy. For details, please contact reservations@pacificresort.com.

Cancellations and Changes to Bookings by the Resort

We endeavour to provide all advertised facilities. However, we will not be liable for compensation if we are forced to limit services, cancel or change your booking due to circumstances beyond our control that we could not foresee or avoid.

These circumstances may include pandemics, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, war, terrorist activities, floods or fires.

Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend that you purchase adequate travel insurance. This will help protect you against unforeseen events, including cancellation or curtailment of travel due to natural disasters, such as cyclones, or similar events.
