Terms and Conditions

• Booking limited at all times to one Airpoints membership number per booked room

• Guests in Australia and Norfolk Island: earnings are calculated in New Zealand Airpoints Dollars™, then converted to Australian Airpoints Dollars before crediting.

• Allow up to 60 days for Airpoints Dollars to appear in your account.

• Keep your original receipt or invoice to claim missing Airpoints.

• You can make a claim through your Air New Zealand online account under My Bookings ? Claim Missing Airpoints.

• Claims must be made within six months of your stay.
