To earn Airpoints™, provide your Koru Membership number when booking and again at check-in or check-out.
Terms and Conditions
- Available to current Koru members when booking directly with Pacific Resort Hotel Group only.
- Airpoints™ are earned on accommodation charges only. Additional purchases, extras and incidental charges are not eligible.
- Earn 1 Airpoint™ for every NZD $20 spent on eligible accommodation.
- A minimum stay of one night applies.
- Eligible rates include standard rates and special offers booked through pacificresort.com, unless otherwise stated. Exclusions may apply.
- Bookings limited at all times to one Koru membership number per room booked.
- Guests in Australia and Norfolk Island: earnings are calculated in New Zealand Airpoints™, then converted to Australian Airpoints before crediting.
- Allow up to 60 days for Airpoints to appear in your account.
- Keep your original receipt or invoice to claim missing Airpoints.
- You can make a claim through your Air New Zealand online account under My Bookings – Claim Missing Airpoints.
- Claims must be made within six months of your stay.
