To earn Airpoints Dollars with Pacific Resort Hotel Group, Airpoints™ Members must make their reservation directly with the hotels and quote/present their Airpoints Membership card when making a reservation and at check-in/check-out.
Terms and Conditions
Members resident in Australia and in Norfolk Island, please note that these earning rates are in New Zealand Airpoints Dollars™, which will be converted to Australian Airpoints Dollars before being credited to their account. Guests will earn 1 for each NZ$20.00 spent during your stay. Based on a one night minimum stay on accommodation only.Guests will need to allow up to 60 days for Airpoints Dollars to appear in their account. They will need to retain their original receipt or invoice in order to claim any missing Airpoints Dollars. Claims may be made through their Air New Zealand online account, by logging into their account and selecting the My Bookings tab, then the Claim missing Airpoints button. They must claim missing Airpoints within 6 months of their stay.
