Pacific Resort Hotel Group Completes Major Upgrades Across Properties
Commitment to Guest Excellence
Exceeding guest expectations requires constant improvement. Pacific Resort Hotel Group (PRHG) continues to invest in upgrades that enhance comfort and quality. With recent repairs, refurbishments, and restorations completed, the group is well prepared for the busy tourist season ahead.
Pacific Resort Rarotonga
As the Cook Islands’ leading family-friendly resort, Pacific Resort Rarotonga has finished key updates. The pool received fresh grouting and tiling, while part of the car park was resurfaced.
One major highlight is the transformation of the Beachfront Suites into new Premium Beachfront Suites. Guests are already enjoying the refreshed interiors and reconfigured layouts of this premium room category.
Little Polynesian Resort
The five-star Little Polynesian Resort also completed exciting upgrades. Minor structural changes and new modern furniture refreshed the Garden Studios, while still retaining their authentic Polynesian character.
Public areas such as the foyer and resort pathways also received attention. In addition, progressive refurbishments continue in the Beachfront Bungalows, ensuring guests enjoy a consistent standard of excellence.
Te Manava Luxury Villas
At Te Manava Luxury Villas, remedial work improved the main driveway of the villa complex. The team also refreshed the three-bedroom Standard Garden Villa, giving it a light makeover.
Pacific Resort Aitutaki
Over on Aitutaki, Pacific Resort Aitutaki completed extensive restoration work. A five-day closure in January allowed teams to resurface the driveway, refurbish the swimming pool, and restore the beachfront.
During the closure, both the restaurant and lobby also received a facelift. The resort reopened in early February, on schedule, with guests enjoying the renewed luxury environment.
Continued Investment in Excellence
Pacific Resort Hotel Group remains committed to ongoing improvements across its resort collection. By investing in refurbishments and enhancements, the group continues to lead the Cook Islands luxury accommodation industry.
