Exceeding guest expectations and providing quality accommodation requires constant improvements and Pacific Resort Hotel Group (PRHG) continues to invest in enhancements, ensuring those expectations are met to the highest of standards. With recent remedial work, refurbishments and restoration projects completed, the group’s properties are committed to delivery of the best experience for the busy tourist season ahead.

Cook Islands leading family-friendly resort, Pacific Resort Rarotonga has completed pool repairs including re-grouting and re-tiling of the pool while a partial car park repair involved some resurfacing. One of the more notable projects freshly completed this month unveiled the newly refurbished Beachfront Suites as the new Premium Beachfront Suites. The first few guests are currently enjoying the refreshed interiors and reconfigured layouts of the new premium room category.

Meanwhile 4.5 star Little Polynesian Resort has also gone through some exciting transformations. With minor structural changes to the Garden Studios; a refreshed modern look and new contemporary furniture, guests can continue to appreciate the sense of Polynesia, reflected throughout the resrt of the resort, in these revamped rooms. In addition, renovation projects of the resort’s public spaces saw areas such as the foyer and resort pathways enhanced, while the Beachfront Bungalows continue to undergo progressive refurbishments.

Further enhancements at Te Manava Luxury Villas & Spa saw remedial work done to the main driveway of the villa complex.  The property also had the opportunity to do a light makeover of the three-bedroom Standard Garden Villa.

While Rarotonga properties were humming with the completion of multiple refurbishments and renovations, over on the island of Aitutaki, sister resort Pacific Resort Aitutaki also went through some extensive restoration activity of her own. A five day full resort closure during the month of January allowed teams to resurface the resort driveway from the main road to lobby, refurbish the swimming pool and restore the beachfront area. The closure also allowed the restaurant and lobby areas to receive a refreshed facelift. The resort was back in full operation, on time in early February with guests appreciating the freshly restored 5 star luxury resort.

PRHG continues to devote time and capitalise on on-going improvements and enhancements of its resort collection, keeping the group at the forefront of the Cook Islands luxury accommodation industry.
