This new role recognises Ani’s nearly 20 years of service and leadership within the organisation. Over her career, she has held senior roles across central reservations, operations, and general management.
Ani has built strong operational expertise and a deep understanding of the people, culture, and values that guide Pacific Resort Hotel Group. She has also strengthened performance, developed high-performing teams, and supported important strategic projects across the group.

Ani will continue as General Manager of Pacific Resort Rarotonga and Te Manava Luxury Villas. In her new role, Ani will also take the lead across the wider Pacific Resort Hotel Group. The Chief Operating Officer position strengthens collaboration across the group and supports long-term growth.
