The Quiet Strength Behind Our Resorts
Far more than administrative, the Support Office is a cross-functional hub that provides operational, technical, and functional support across the group. From finance and training to marketing and reservations, this team ensures the high quality and consistency that define every PRHG experience.
Their role is clear: to make it easier for the resorts to do theirs, with efficiency and without unnecessary layers or detours.
Finance and Administration
Under the leadership of Himiwa McBride, the Finance and Administration team plays a vital role in streamlining operations and supporting service delivery. With a background in ICT and project management, Himiwa has been instrumental in several key system upgrades and transitions.
Together with her six-person team, she supports the backbone of the business and ensures the operational engine runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Culinary Consistency Across the Group
Food is a central part of the guest experience. Ensuring consistent quality across three resort kitchens requires experienced leadership.
Chef Pae, our Group Relief and Support Chef, works across Pacific Resort Aitutaki, Little Polynesian Resort, and Pacific Resort Rarotonga. He provides senior chef relief, upholds food safety standards, and supports Head Chefs with training and development so guests enjoy outstanding cuisine at every property.
Building People and Processes
Nan Thompson, PRHG’s Project Coordinator, brings over 17 years of experience to a cross-functional role that spans operations, training, and HR support. Nan helps refine service standards, develop internal tools, and ensure our teams across all properties are equipped for success.
Her journey is a strong reflection of our commitment to nurturing talent from within the group.
Central Reservations: The First Touchpoint
Led by Team Leader Den Generalao, our Central Reservations team is often the first voice guests and trade partners hear. With their warm Kia Orana spirit, this five-person team ensures the booking journey is smooth, friendly, and informative. Their hospitality offers a strong first impression of PRHG.
Sales and Marketing: Sharing Our Story
As the external voice of PRHG, the Sales and Marketing team brings our story to the world. Through digital content, media partnerships, trade relationships, and brand storytelling, this talented six-person team, led by Donna Watson and Victoria Goodwin, keeps PRHG visible, consistent, and aligned with our values.
